Slipcased in a black Wibalin Buckram coverd case. The Deluxe edition of 'Betwixt God and the Devil is bound using traditional English binding techniques in black vegetable-tanned goatskin with five raised bands and a gilt spine label. The spine and corners of the boards will be in leather, while the boards will be covered in hand-made marbled paper made by an artist from Essex, thus making each copy unique. The book itself will also be bound in Essex by a local craftsperson.
